You may submit your requests and complaints regarding your personal data to us at info@rexyangin.com, along with identification information, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and Article 5 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated March 10, 2018, which regulates the application procedure.

You may also submit your written applications to our address in Ankara, Turkey. As the data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Rex Fire through the methods outlined above in this Disclosure Text, Rex Fire will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, a charge will apply.
