Flexible and Easy-to-Install Fire Protection
Rotarex TRIPLESTAR® systems use a unique, continuous linear pneumatic tube that safely detects fire and triggers the release of the extinguishing agent. They are more flexible, space-efficient, and cost-effective compared to alternative mechanical or electronic systems.
Quick and Easy Installation into the Hood:
The flexible detection tube is easily mounted inside the hood, directly above the cooking equipment. During operation, the tube is filled with dry nitrogen gas at 16 bar pressure. This pressurization enhances the tube’s responsiveness to heat.
Early Fire Detection:
In the event of a fire, the heat immediately bursts the pneumatic detection tube (at approximately 175 °C).
